What's in the workbook
- Fee engine matching this site: all six platforms (Etsy, eBay by category, Poshmark, Mercari, Whatnot by tier, Depop) with the same rates published on the calculator pages, each labeled with its verification date.
- Item & inventory log: what you bought, what it cost, where it's listed, what it sold for — profit per item after the real fees, not the headline rate.
- Cross-listing price planner: enter one item and see the fee-adjusted result on every platform side by side, plus the price each platform would need to leave the same net.
- Dashboard: monthly totals by platform — gross, fees, shipping, net — in one screen.
- Expense & mileage log: supplies, shipping materials, and trips, kept with the sales they belong to.
- Fee-change log: when a platform changes a rate, the change and its effective date are recorded in the workbook's notes, so old months keep the rates that were true when the sale happened.
Honest limits
- It is a spreadsheet (Excel / Google Sheets), not an app and not accounting software. It does arithmetic on the numbers you enter.
- Fee schedules are the ones verified on this site — Depop's rates are currently marked Reported, and the workbook marks them the same way.
- It does not file taxes, estimate your tax bill, or connect to your marketplace accounts.
